Trading With Ektaim

Please note we are trade only and do not supply the general public. You must register first before placing an order with us. You can register at our showrooms on your first visit or please ring or email your request for an application form. We will require proof of trading, the following are acceptable :

Cash & Carry

Cash & Carry customers are always welcome to visit our new premises in Newark. Please note our current opening times. If you need an out of hours visit then please ring to arrange this. All our products are available in our showroom and we operate a supermarket style system. You can walk around choosing the exact goods you require and pay for them at our checkout. It is highly recommended you visit our cash & carry as we have many special offers and discounts, which are not available to mail order customers. Please note children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the cash & carry.

Mail Order

Please read our terms for deliveries. Priority will be given to forward order customers (see below). But we will endeavour to send your goods out as soon as possible. Our current price lists and special offers lists are available on request or on our website www.ektaim.co.uk a password is required (please ring for details). When placing your order please remember to give your payment details to speed up the process. New releases will be sent out on day of arrival, please make sure you have given us your payment details or your account is up-to-date. Please inform our tele-sales team if you require any special delivery requests ie alternative delivery address or overnight service. All ordered goods will be saved in a secure location until they reach the minimum order value please advise our tele-sales staff if you require the goods to be sent (+ £6.95 carriage charge) or you wish to wait until the goods come to carriage paid. (£250 + vat). Please note goods will only be secured for a period of no longer than two months from coming into stock. Please inform our tele-sales staff if you require any items to be held on back order. Please note credit card details are held on a secure pass-worded computer, which is NOT linked to the Website.

Forward Orders

It is highly recommended where possible to forward order any new releases. This will ensure we have ordered the required amount of goods and it will avoid any allocating of stock. You may adjust forward orders at any time. Forward orders will be marked “ NEW RELEASES ” on our price lists & web site. All forward orders for “NEW RELEASES” will automatically attribute the 5% early pay discount. Further discounts are available by prior arrangement depending on product range & size of order, please enquire when placing your order. You do not pay in advance or when ordering any goods. We will require payment before despatch unless we have agreed a credit account.

Special Offers

Our special offers lists are updated twice a month and are available on request or via our web site www.ektaim.co.uk. Please make sure you order these goods as soon as possible as most sell out very quickly and may not be available again. Unfortunately we cannot back order any goods from the special offers list. We can save any current special offer items in our secured location until your order is carriage paid.

E-Mail & Website

Please give us your email address and we can forward you any information quickly. You will regularly receive up-to date lists first and special offers before postal request customers. Our website is updated on a regular basis and is a very useful information tool. Please advise our tele-sales staff which product ranges you are interested in, to ensure you are sent the correct information.
